About Me
Hi, I’m Liz—coach, consultant, special education leader, and proud mom of two incredible kids with special needs.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in public education, serving as a teacher, administrator, and now Assistant Superintendent of Special Services. Alongside my professional journey, I’ve been living the personal side of this work as a parent navigating the disability world. That dual perspective—both system-level and deeply personal—uniquely equips me to support families and organizations with insight, empathy, and practical tools.
I created this coaching and consultation practice with one clear purpose:
to help people move from uncertainty to clarity, and from overwhelm to empowered action.
For Parents and Caregivers:
I offer 1:1 coaching and support for parents of children with disabilities who are navigating school systems, services, and everyday challenges. Whether you’re facing a new diagnosis, preparing for an IEP meeting, or simply seeking a trusted guide—you’ll be met with understanding, encouragement, and actionable next steps. My goal is to help you advocate for your child and take care of yourself in the process.
For Schools, Camps, and Organizations:
I partner with schools, camps, and businesses to strengthen inclusive practices, design supportive environments, and build cultures where neurodiverse individuals can thrive. Through consultation, workshops, and leadership coaching, I help teams develop the skills and mindsets needed to create spaces of belonging—for everyone.
I’ve worked with people across a wide range of life stages, disabilities, and experiences. Whoever you are, and wherever you are on your journey—you are welcome here. You’ll be met with compassion, expertise, and a commitment to helping you grow with purpose.
Let’s work together to create stronger systems, more inclusive spaces, and happier, healthier lives.
